I began my copywriting career as a freelancer. The grind and the Google were my greatest allies. I wrote anything and everything. I learned new disciplines of writing and challenged myself to master new kinds of collateral. Every experience was a lesson, and every lesson made me sharper.
In the years since I've joined the agency world, my experience and ability have grown exponentially. Spending every day working alongside talented artists and writers who challenge me is a constant source of inspiration and delight. I've had the pleasure of working on everything from one-off print ads to fully-integrated campaigns, and all manner of projects in between.
Avaya :: Experience is Everything Campaign Concepting
Avaya tasked the Faction team with creating a disruptive, extensible campaign to bring their 'Experience is Everything' messaging to a wider audience. The process resulted in a range of concepts and executions spanning from product to brand level, and everything in between.
CSC :: Corporate Responsibility Campaign
Every year, CSC creates a Corporate Responsibility report to showcase their philanthropic efforts and demonstrate their progress against previously announced corporate goals. For the most recent report, Faction created an animated landing page to highlight key stats from the report and showcase a number of Corporate Responsibility assets.
CSC :: Pursuit Campaigns
CSC has engaged Faction to create targeted collateral on a number of occasions. This process varies depending on the client's ultimate goal and intended audience, but the team involved always relishes the opportunity to create a broad range of conceptual directions and executions. These projects have incorporated target audiences from all around the world and across nearly every vertical.
YPO :: Education Year Theme
The Faction team developed an education year theme for the Denver chapter of YPO (Young President's Organization). The theme needed to capture the values of YPO, while also unifying every event the organization would host throughout the 2016-2017 calendar year.
Faction :: Blog
The Faction blog incorporates voices from all around the agency. I am a prolific contributor and take great joy in finding marketing themes in unlikely topics, doing deep research and teaming with Faction designers to create unique materials.
Avaya :: Print Ad Concepting
Avaya tasked the Faction team with the creation of a full-page, black-and-white ad for placement in the Wall Street Journal. The project gave the team the opportunity to flex a lot of creative muscle in order to cover a broad range of potential messaging and creative directions.
CSC :: For Those Who Solve Campaign
CSC engaged Faction to create an integrated global campaign to extend the conversation about the pressing need for enterprise organizations to keep pace with rapidly advancing technology innovations. Faction built a microsite/content hub, email campaign, banners and additional supporting elements to showcase CSC products and solutions designed to meet this universal need.
Trust Company of America :: Liberty Video
Faction created an informational video combining animation, live demo footage and on-text detail to help Trust Company of America showcase their innovative management platform, Liberty.
Hitachi Insight Group :: Video Management Platform Assets
Hitachi Insight Group engaged Faction to create a variety of awareness assets to generate interest in their premium video monitoring solution, Video Management Platform (VMP). These assets included banners, emails and videos.
